We are looking for an experienced, highly organized, and detail-oriented bilingual Paralegal (English & Spanish) to join our team.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience working remotely with U.S.-based law firms
- Personal Injury experience strongly preferred
- Must currently reside in Puerto Vallarta or Bahía de Banderas
- C2-level English proficiency or equivalent, both written and spoken
- Excellent English grammar, spelling, and professional writing skills
- Minimum typing speed of 80 words per minute
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases, tasks, priorities, and deadlines
- Comfortable working with legal documents, case management systems, and confidential information
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and team members

Preferred Experience Candidates with Personal Injury experience will be given preference, particularly those familiar with:




- Medical records and billing
- Insurance claims and correspondence
- Case management and client communication
- Demand preparation
- Litigation support and legal documentation
- U.S. law firm procedures and terminology
