Role Description
We're looking for a bilingual Marketing Specialist based in Mexico to support and execute marketing initiatives for Branbee and its clients. This role blends strategy, hands-on design, and direct client management, so you'll need to be comfortable both creating content and communicating confidently in English with clients and internal teams.

Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and refining marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify audience needs and trends, and planning and analyzing campaign performance.



You'll create and optimize marketing copy for digital channels, and design supporting creative assets (social posts, ad creatives, email designs, and basic web elements) in coordination with our design and content teams to deliver cohesive campaigns. You'll also manage a portfolio of client accounts directly, serving as their main point of contact, ensuring clear communication, gathering feedback, and maintaining a strong client experience throughout the subscription relationship.

Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in marketing, design, or a related field
Fluent English/Spanish communication skills (spoken and written) for daily client interaction
Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and manage client relationships
