Job Overview

Designs and implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; researches on products and processes to optimize efficiency.

Job Requirements
- Identifying new technologies and processes to increase efficiency; consulting on the selection and implementation of automation and robotics on the assembly line.
- Reviewing and updating manufacturing processes and policies as per compliance and industry standard.
- Designing and implementing processes for manufacturing equipment selection; identifying optimal tools for machines.
- Establishing control charting of complex features and processes; monitoring results and determining machine capabilities, process capabilities, and performance reliability.

What your background should look like

Requirements:
- Mechanical,



Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree or equivalent is preferred.
- +7years of work experience on high-speed cable manufacturing, specifically cable assemblies for data centers, AI, and supercomputing include cable form factors such as OSFP, QSFP, and QDD.
- Experience to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with applicable systems (SAP, TLM, CAD etc.) and familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Strong experience to understand industry document specifications like US-CAR & IPC620.
- Strong understand the cable making technology, stamping and plating technology, HSG molding technology, metal and plastic raw material characteristics.
- Experience on product tolerance analysis, Stability using verify data analysis the processes, such as the CPK.
- Expertise with the product development process, able to provide DFM, SOP, PFMEA, BOP, CTAR required for each phase accordin
