We are looking for a commercially driven Senior Key Account Manager to join our Marketplace team. This role will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of strategic brands, driving sales performance, strengthening partner relationships, and identifying opportunities to maximize business growth. The idóneo candidate has strong account management and commercial skills, understands e-commerce and marketplace dynamics, and is comfortable working with data to develop and execute growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop a portfolio of strategic local and global brands within the marketplace.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and brand partners.
- Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze sales, traffic, conversion, assortment, and other key performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive sales growth through pricing, promotions, assortment optimization, and commercial initiatives.
- Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts,



presenting performance insights and actionable recommendations.
- Identify opportunities to increase brand visibility, product assortment, sales, and overall marketplace performance.
- Negotiate commercial terms, campaigns, promotions, and business initiatives with existing partners.
- Monitor account performance and proactively address risks, challenges, and areas of improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.
- Monitor market and competitor trends to identify opportunities for account growth.
- Prepare account plans, forecasts, performance reports, and business reviews.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.
