Summary

We are looking for a Plant Accounting Manager to join our plant leadership team and play a key role in supporting the financial performance of our food manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for managing, analyzing, and controlling plant production costs while providing accurate financial insights that support operational and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings strong cost accounting experience, a hands‑on understanding of manufacturing environments,



and the ability to partner closely with operations, finance, and plant leadership to drive visibility, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze plant production costs, including standard costs, vigente costs, cost variances, yields, losses, and manufacturing performance trends.
- Lead cost accounting activities related to inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and accounting reconciliations.
- Coordinate and support physical inventory counts, inventory reconciliations, and raw material controls.
- Partner with operations teams to evaluate production yields, waste, formulas, recipes, material balances, and line productivity.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities for the facility.
