Key Responsibilities:

- Implement and manage FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, and Control Plans for new product introductions (NPI) and existing processes.

- Ensure compliance with the Quality & Environmental Management System (QMS), executing the annual internal audit plan, document control, and reporting performance to executive leadership.

- Serve as the Quality representative for customers, leading complaint resolution and coordinating with suppliers on raw material quality issues.

- Manage product releases or holds and plant KPIs,



with full authority to stop production when non-compliance is detected.

- Lead root-cause analysis and cross-functional corrective/preventive actions to achieve measurable cost reductions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within an ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 certified company.

- Mastery of Core Tools and problem-solving methodologies (8Ds, Ishikawa, 5W2H). Knowledge of Six Sigma and TQM is preferred.

- Minitab, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

- Leadership, timely decision-making, conflict management, customer focus, teamwork, and integrity.
