About the role:
- Lead and/or support the operational delivery of change enablement services to ensure a positive and seamless experience for stakeholders throughout periods of change.




- Execute change enablement activities that drive adoption of new processes and technologies, supporting digital ambitions and a strong people experience.
- Monitor adoption progress and help identify reinforcement actions to support sustainable change.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of change enablement methodologies, tools, and practices to enhance delivery quality and effectiveness.

How you will contribute:
- Change Management Methodology & Practices:
- Maintain and enhance change management methodologies
- Ensure the practices offer different modalities to support effectiveness
- Identifyopportunities to improve change enablement processes, tools, and templates to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of our services
- Own delivery of defined change enablement workstreams across digital and technology initiatives, ensuring high-quality outputs and alignment to timelines
