Position Overview




The Legal Assistant / Case Manager will assist attorneys and senior case managers with the daily management of personal injury claims and litigation files. This role requires excellent English, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate professionally with clients, medical providers, insurance companies, and internal team members.
This is a remote position, but it requires a serious professional commitment. We are not looking for someone who simply wants a remote job. We are looking for someone who wants to become part of a high-performance legal team.
Responsibilities
• Communicate with clients regarding case status, treatment updates, documents, and general case questions.
• Assist with opening, organizing, and maintaining personal injury case files.
• Request and follow up on medical records, billing records, police reports, insurance information, and other case-related documents.
