At A&T; Group, we are looking for a results-driven Sales Hunter with a strong sales development mindset and experience in B2B business development within the industrial sector.

This role will be responsible for developing the market across Queretaro and the surrounding industrial corridor, generating new business opportunities, building and managing pipeline, developing relationships with manufacturing clients, and converting opportunities into profitable business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prospect and open new industrial accounts.
- Build and manage the commercial pipeline.
- Generate exploration, qualification, and closing meetings.
- Maintain disciplined follow-up of opportunities in the CRM.
- Achieve Sales Quota, Sales Floor, and Leading Indicators.
- Identify expansion and reactivation opportunities.
- Conduct commercial visits to manufacturing plants and industrial parks.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and closing activities with internal teams.
- Keep forecasts and commercial opportunities updated.
- Protect pricing, margin,



and commercial conditions.

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in B2B sales, business development, or industrial sales.
- Strong prospecting and new-business-generation mindset.
- Ability to build a market from the ground up.
- Discipline in CRM, pipeline management, and follow-up.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Resilience in industrial B2B sales cycles.
- Availability for field sales and customer visits.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, quality, logistics, staffing, or industrial services is a plus.

Compensation$25,000 – $30,000 MXN gross per month, depending on experience and profile. + uncapped sales commissions.
