Lead the software development iniciatives

Lead the platforms transformation and evolution

Leads high-level technical conversations across engineering, QA, product, and project teams

Drives modernization of legacy systems and enterprise platforms

Enables transformation by effectively delegation and developing talent

Promotes pragmatic adoption of AI within software development to generate business value

Leads a team of approximately 80 professionals across IT and product development

Strong background in Software Engineering , ideally in SaaS or automotive environments

Proven track record leading complex, large-scale technology transformations

Experience modernizing legacy applications and architectures

Deep understanding of enterprise-scale data and database environments

Practical exposure to AI in software development (hands-on, not theoretical)

Strategic leadership mindset (not operational/firefighting)
