Only A Click Digital Marketing is hiring a Sales Trainer (Remote – LATAM) to onboard and equip new sales team members with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to succeed. This is a remote, full-time position adecuado for someone with sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching others.

You'll be responsible for training new hires on our internal systems and processes, coaching them on how to deliver effective sales presentations, and ensuring they're confident and capable in our CRM before going live.

Key Responsibilities

- Train new sales team members on company systems, processes, and workflows
- Teach reps how to plan and deliver sales presentations effectively
- Provide hands-on training in our CRM, including data entry, pipeline management, and automation

tools
- Walk new hires through scripts, objection handling, and best practices
- Develop and update training materials, guides, and documentation
- Conduct role-play sessions and provide constructive feedback
- Support new reps through their ramp-up period and answer questions as they arise
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership on training improvements

Qualifications




- 1+ year of sales experience required
- Strong coaching and communication skills
- Excellent English (written and spoken)
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRMs or ability to learn quickly
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Full-time availability during standard U.S. business hours

Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience in digital marketing, funnels, or sales enablement
- Prior experience training or onboarding sales teams

Compensation & Benefits
- $1,100 USD/month
- $50 bonus when a trainee makes a sale within their first 2 weeks out of training
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
