The Site Security

Manager leads a team of site security personnel—including Site Managers, Field Training Officers, and Security Supervisors—and is responsible for delivering physical security services across one or more assigned locations within a geographic area. The SSM is responsible for leadership development among direct reports while overseeing the execution of security operations at these sites. The SSM collaborates with Security and Operations management teams to drive operational efficiency, superior performance, and audit readiness.

The SSM reports directly to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), works alongside other metro-area security managers, and oversees the Administrative Officer (AO).



Manage physical security operations across multiple critical infrastructure facilities.

Drive safety programming for the security team aiming for zero workplace injuries on site.

Actively manage site security personnel; collaborate with the local branch to recruit, hire, and oversee onboarding, training, and site-level development.

Plan, assign, and manage physical security projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner.

Evaluate the effectiveness of site security operations and provide recommendations for improvement.

Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills, leading by example and holding site security personnel accountable to the same standards.

Ensure site health targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met or exceeded; work with the Regional Security Manager (RSM) to enhance team efficiency and performance.

Meet regularly with the client and Prosegur corporate management representatives for account reviews, address issues promptly, and support security planning, assessments, and surveys.
