As a Lead Manufacturing Engineer our team, you'llLead/manage industrialization of our products from award phase up to series productionDevelop the production line concept with optimized material flow, estimated cycle times, and traceability conceptEnsure supplier packaging requirements adheres with manufacturing and production requirementsCreate and maintain the MFGE project schedule with regard to the project milestonesTrack needed equipment and tooling, ensure availability of needed material for all equipment/tool development, install equipment/design reviews before approving start of fabrication/developmentPerform equipment buy-off at suppliers and request PML process engineers to attend and approve as needed, drive capability studies, create list of key parameters to be transferred to quality planPlan product and process/equipment training and handover to PML, starting after PV readinessMinimum 3 years' experience in automotive industry,
