Manager, Plant Supply ChainTravel 70% availability to work remotely at AME locations, currently MX plant locationsPackaging cost reduction projectsProficiency in Excel for data analysis, and ideally ERP systems like SAP.Packaging Design & Software : Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., Solid Works, Auto CAD, Artios CAD) for 2 D/3 D structural design and TOPSor CAPEfor pallet optimization.Deep understanding of the properties and applications of plastics, paperboard, glass, and metals, as well as emergingsustainable alternativeslike bioplastics.Testing & Compliance : Knowledge of industry-standard testing protocols from ISTAand ASTMfor distribution and durability, alongside regulatory compliance (e.g., Experience inhiring,mentoring junior engineers, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and accountability.Project & Budget Management : Leading CAPEX projects , managing annual operating plans,
