We're looking for an Engineering Manager to join Smartly and lead one of our engineering teams that is part of our 250+ Product and Engineering Organisation.As an Engineering Manager, your role is to ensure the team delivers the right things at the right time with high quality and clarity of purpose. You'll focus on enabling your team to succeed through coaching, regular 1:1s, and personal development planning, while also actively identifying and removing blockers in their path. Tech Stack: Node JS, Type Script, React, Kubernetes, Postgre SQL, Redis, KafkaEngineering at SmartlyBuild and lead an autonomous Fullstack development team. You have experience throughout the full software life-cycle in an environment with multiple teamsYou have built and maintained large-scale, high-availability web applications with an active and growing user baseYou have experience in various agile development practices as well as the pragmatism to know which tradeoffs are acceptable and a sharp focus on delivery.You are a skilled developer.
