Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a **Sr** **Director, Operations Engineering** located in **Guadalajara North, Campus.**Reporting to the **VP, Operations.** The Director, Operations Engineering will be responsible for defining and executing the long‐term roadmap and strategic vision for Advanced Assembly, SMT manufacturing, and next‐generation technologies, ensuring scalable industrialization, successful new product introductions, and sustainable operational excellence.**What a typical day looks like:*** Technology process deployment is for all business units and value add services organization.* Serve as a key member of the management team that sets the company's strategic direction.* Develop strategic planning for the direction and control of manufacturing process development activities.* Formulate long-term objectives and standards of performance for the department.* Assure that the department achieves objectives and project completion within budget and time frame.* Be a student of current industry trends,
