You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's presence and growing our business in Mexico.Lead a matrix-structured marketing team, as well as interact with other departments: Drive Annual Marketing plan of the country, analyzing digital performance, media, and car branding strategies to optimize marketing mixHold country marketing budget processesGenerate hypotheses and execute tests to drive growth hacking initiativesLead Brand positioning in line with local insights and general brand guidelinesOversee the creation of effective and culturally relevant creatives for all marketing channelsIdentify and nurture partnerships that align with marketing objectivesPerform market and audience research5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience in a global company, 3+ years in a similar role~ Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, preferably in a matrix structure with influence by leadership skills~ Proven track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast‐paced environment~ Hands‐on project management experience, including agency management and direct involvement in tasks when needed~ Ability to develop market insights and marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness~ Strong data and analytical skills~ English and Spanish on a fluent level
