Merit Medical is seeking a Production Supervisor in Tijuana, Mexico. The candidate will supervise and train production teams to ensure quality and timely completion of work orders. A minimum of three years in a similar supervisory role, preferably in a clean room environment, is required.
Excellent analytical and communication skills, along with the ability to manage large teams, are essential. Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are preferred, particularly for lines operating in Spanish.
