Where You’ll Make a Difference
- Support the control, safeguarding, and management of regulated materials in accordance with applicable regulations and company requirements
- Maintain accurate inventory records and authorized control books for regulated materials
- Coordinate the issuance of regulated materials to production, quality,



and creative laboratory teams
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and traceability of regulated materials
- Support inspections, audits, and verification activities conducted by regulatory authorities, including COFEPRIS
- Conduct periodic inventory reconciliations and support inventory control processes
- Assist in the preparation, revision, and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to regulated materials
- Support compliance activities associated with regulated materials management and regulatory reporting
- Promote adherence to quality, safety, environmental, and food safety requirements

What Makes You the Right Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Chemical Biology, Biochemical Engineering, or a related chemical discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in regulatory compliance, quality, laboratory, warehouse control, or re
