Position Overview
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for active and future hiring needs.
Recruitment Support
- Support high-volume recruitment projects and hiring initiatives.
- Track sourcing metrics and pipeline activity.
Required QualificationsExperience
- Experience in a **BPO, call center, staffing agency, or high-volume recruitment environment** is highly preferred.
Language Requirements
- **Advanced English (C1 level or higher)**.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Technical Skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS platforms, or sourcing tools.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for customer service, sales, technical, or BPO positions.
- Familiarity with Boolean search techniques.
- Experience working with U.S.based clients or hiring processes.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms.
