Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

3 to 5 years of solid experience in Salesforce Business Analysis preferably implementing Sales Service and Salesforce CPQ steelbricks

Strong facilitation and ownership skills

Strong experience in Business Analysis techniques and practices

Strong skills with Requirements identifying and documenting

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum

Experience with Atlassian products Jira Confluence

Knowledge of software development lifecycle and software development methodologies

Knowledge of Requirements Management tools

Ability to perform GAP root cause analysis

Experience in the finance software domain nice to have

Experience in development of AI features nice to have

Fluent English comprehensive written and verbal communication

Job Responsibilities





Requirements management elicitation clarification docs preparation keeping requirements up to date

Roadmap management keep up to date track crossteam dependencies

Backlog management and prioritization

Release management prepare scope additional instructions etc

Support of developers clarification of expected results and problems described in defects clarification and explanation of requirements around the area identification of enduser cases

Support of QA clarification of STRs requirements around the area business cases complex scenarios preparation

Organizational activities Scrum Masters substitution meetings handling and facilitation documents and processes changes new initiatives implementation

Perform gap analysis between highlevel and lowlevel requirements

Reporting StartMid Sprint reports preparation Release scope and status
