**Job Summary**:
Oversee daily first-shift machining operations at the facility, ensuring efficient production flow, alignment with operational standards, and consistent execution of safety, quality, and performance expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead staffing, development, and performance programs for operations staff.
- Ensure safety, scheduling, and performance standards are consistently met.
- Implement measures to enhance safety, reduce costs, and ensure quality.
- Maintain regulatory compliance and a safe work environment.
**Educational Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relates to the field
- Advanced English

- This position is six days a week in-office model.
- Night Shift (10:00 pm to 6:24 am) or weekends (Thursday to Monday from 9:00 pm to 9:00 am)- Domestic Relocation assistance is available for this position.
