About the Role
We are looking for a **Business Development Executive** to join a growing manufacturing company in **Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua**.
This position is adecuado for a sales professional with a consultative approach who enjoys building long-term relationships and developing new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Build relationships with key decision-makers.
- Prepare quotations and manage RFQs.
- Negotiate proposals and close new business.
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Maintain sales activities and customer information in the CRM.
- Research target markets and identify new opportunities, including those driven by nearshoring.
- Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
- Achieve sales and profitability goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.




- **Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).

- **Valid U.S. tourist visa required.

- **Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
**:
- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Industrial Sales.
- Experience selling to manufacturing or industrial companies is highly preferred.
- Experience with prospecting, quotations, negotiations, and closing sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo, or similar).
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or similar to support business development activities.
