**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Regional Contact**: Handle inquiries from employees and the recruitment team across the Americas.
- **Support & Advisory**: Resolve doubts and assist in key HR calendar events (goals, mid-year reviews, bonuses, and salary increases).
- **Systems & Workday**: Manage changes in **Workday** and troubleshoot digital payroll and benefits platforms.
- **Quality & Metrics**: Oversee service center transactional work and track key HR service metrics.
- **Proactive Guidance**: Guide HR partners, line managers, and employees on internal policies and benefits.
- **Continuous Improvement**:



Suggest innovative HR tech solutions to optimize daily operations.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- **English**:B2 level minimum (verifiable)** (essential for regional support).
- **Portuguese**: Desirable.
- **Experience**: In HR Service Centers, employee relations, and **internal policy administration**.
- **Tools**: Experience using Workday and tech platforms.
