**Intugo, in partnership with a foreign company specialized in aerospace distribution with nearly 50 years of industry experience**, is looking for a dedicated professional to join their accounting team.
**The Role's Impact**: You will play a critical role in maintaining the financial health of the organization by managing the full accounts payable cycle with precision and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintain the accounts payable process** in a timely manner, ensuring all vendor invoices are processed for weekly disbursements.
- **Match invoices and receivers**, and accurately code invoices without a PO to the proper General Ledger (GL) accounts.
- **Perform monthly reconciliations** of accounts payable and credit card statements.
- **Support month-end closing** by ensuring all payables are correctly entered into the system in coordination with the CFO.
- **Research and resolve** any accounting issues or unpaid invoice discrepancies in a professional manner.
**Idóneo Profile**:
- **1+ years of relevant experience** in a finance department; experience in the Aerospace or Manufacturing industries is a plus.
- **Strong understanding of basic accounting principles** and GL account structures.
- **Advanced English Level**:
- **Proficiency in Microsoft Office**, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- **Experience with automated payables workflow systems**:
- **High attention to detail** and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
