**About the Position**
The Driver Experience Specialist is responsible for maintaining constant communication with our driver fleet across the United States, ensuring a steady flow of information to help address their questions, concerns, and general inquiries related to complaints and any other operational matters.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Communications, Business Administration, Business Management, or a related field (preferred)
- **Advanced English proficiency is required (100% phone-based communication in English)**:
- **Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM**:
- Ability to commute to San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León (ZIP Code *****)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role or within a call center environment
