- Our compensation consultants investigate various companies to analyze and extract actionable data related to compensation for our clients.
- Research and analyze competitive compensation practices in a defined labor market with the support of expert colleagues as mentors.
- Perform specialized research studies on a range of compensation topics with access to Aon's global data.
- Analyze and interpret data and prepare summary reports for internal and external presentations.
- Maintain and update compensation and financial databases to allow colleagues quick and reliable access to important information.

- Prior experience in executive compensation is highly valued.
- Experience working with executive clients will ease your learning curve.
- Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills, with a curiosity for learning.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, VBA, Word, PowerPoint).
- Creative problem-solving and ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced settings.
- English level Proficiency C1 or above
