Introduction

At ITPS One, we are looking for a Salesforce Developer to join a high-impact team and contribute to the design, development, and continuous improvement of scalable CRM solutions. This role is adecuado for professionals who are passionate about leveraging Salesforce technologies to drive business value and enhance organizational efficiency.

Responsibilities

Own all technical aspects of Salesforce, including data migrations, data quality, integrations, third-party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
Develop and support both customized and standard Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements
Provide technical leadership and establish best practices for development, integration, testing, deployment, and continuous improvement
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and increase productivity using Salesforce capabilities
Define and manage release and change management processes for new developments and enhancements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
Ensure high-quality deliverables through proper testing (unit and system) and documentation

Requirements:
Mandatory
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer
Proven experience in Salesforce customization, development, and support of CRM applications




Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and APIs
Hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
Experience working with Flows and Process Builder
Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud
Experience with Salesforce data tools
Solid understanding of relational databases
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems (real-time, batch, sync/async)
Experience with enterprise integration technologies (Data Loader, web services, middleware, etc.)
Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering and solution delivery
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Language: Intermediate to advanced English proficiency required

Desirable Skills

Salesforce Developer certification
Experience with Experience Cloud and Queueable Apex
Exposure to large-scale Salesforce integration projects
Experience working in fast-paced, scaling environments
