Payroll Specialist with proven experience in complete payroll processing, procedures with IMSS, SAT and INFONAVIT, and compliance with employer obligations.
The person will be responsible for ensuring that payments are accurate and timely and that the company is current with all authorities.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Preparation of pre-payroll
- Processing bi-weekly payroll: incidents, earnings, deductions and bank disbursement
- Hiring, terminations and salary changes with IMSS
- Correctly calculate SD, SDI and SBC
- Bi-monthly payment of IMSS and INFONAVIT fees through SUA and SIPARE
- Stamp payroll receipts in CFDI
- Withhold and remit employee ISR monthly
- Calculate and pay state Payroll Tax
- Issue SAT withholding certificates
- Calculate final settlements, liquidations and severance in accordance with the LFT
- Prepare accounting entries for payroll,



IMSS and ISN
- Management of government procedures
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of payroll experience
- Advanced proficiency with CONTPAQi Nóminas, Aspel NOI or TRESS
- Mastery of IDSE, SUA, SIPARE, INFONAVIT Empresas and SAT portal
- Knowledge of LFT, LSS, LISR, CFF and **** subcontracting reform
- Intermediate to advanced Excel
- Knowledge of Baja California ISN portal
