**Job Summary**:
- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _**_Warehouse Supervisor_**_ located in _**_Guadalajara, North._**_ _
- Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the shipment, receipt and distribution of goods._
**What a typical day looks like**:
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures._
- Complies with local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements by studying existing and new legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising management on needed actions._
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by establishing and monitoring security procedures and protocols._
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts; reconciling with data storage system._
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by planning and implementing new design layouts; inspecting equipment; issuing work orders for repair and requisitions for replacement._
- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions._
- Monitors volume of business and defines appropriate work schedule._
- Sets productivity and establishes necessary controls to ensure objectives are met._
- Monitors condition and maintenance of operating / material handling equipment._
- Constantly monitors the efficient handling of shipments and receipts to create an error free culture._
**The experience we're looking to add to our team**:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience._
- Experience in materials management._
- Experience in inventory management.

- Experience in reception area, assortment of material.
_
- Knowledge and use of Excel.
_
- Experience in using Baan, SAP or similar.
- Personnel Management_
- Versátil schedule availability_
- Basic English
