**About the Role**
We are a U.S.based freight brokerage seeking an experienced Carrier Compliance & Risk Analyst to support our operations team.
This role is focused on carrier vetting, fraud prevention, and active load tracking to ensure freight moves safely and efficiently.
If you have experience working with U.S. brokerages like Arrive, Nolan, Echo, RXO, Coyote, etc., and understand how to identify bad carriers, prevent double brokering, and proactively track loads, this will be a strong fit.
**What You'll Do**
- Perform carrier vetting and onboarding review (MC/DOT validation, insurance, identity checks)
- Identify and prevent fraud, double brokering, and cargo theft risks
- Monitor active loads with track & trace (check calls, GPS, driver communication)
- Escalate and resolve in-transit issues and suspicious activity
- Ensure all loads meet internal compliance and security standards
- Communicate directly with U.S.based brokers, carriers, and dispatchers
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of carrier activity
**What We're Looking For**




- 4+ years of experience working with a U.S. freight brokerage
- Background in carrier sales, compliance, track & trace, or operations
- Proven ability to identify risky carriers / prevent fraud
- Strong understanding of double brokering schemes and red flags
- Fluent, professional English (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working weekends (Thursday-Monday schedule)
- Highly detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
**Important Note**
Pay: $32,****** - $45,****** per month
