The Steel Wheels Sr Buyer in NA is responsible for all Steel Wheels and Center Caps in NA (Canada, US and Mexico) with an Annual Purchase of 120 M USD and a Integral Supplier Base.
It is a strategic commodity with high exposure at all leves and functions of the Company such Design Studio, Engineering, Capacity Management, Program Management, Supplier Quality, Cost Engineering, etc.

**Requirements**:




- Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Marketing, Economics, International Business, Accounting, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, or equivalent.
Other technical degrees with business background also considered
- A minimum 5 years of relevant purchasing experience or other disciplines that require significant negotiation/exposure to sourcing processes
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically
- Strong communication (Spanish and English), presentation and commodity leadership skills
- Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
- Ability to support all aspects of the commercial relationship with the supply base and key internal stakeholders
