About the role
As a Sr. Software Developer in the Marketing space, you will focus on designing and implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud Solutions, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP).

Your role also involves the optimization of solutions for performance, reliability, and scalability, while also implementing robust audit, monitoring, backup, and archival solutions to support compliance. Collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, you will translate business needs into effective technical solutions, maintaining continuous dialogue with both business and IT teams to ensure robustness, accuracy and consistency.

How you will contribute

Design & implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP)

Develop personalized customer journeys, leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer experience.

Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems and platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and consistency.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Marketing Cloud Personalization.

Document technical solutions, processes, and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency.

Develop and implement audit, monitoring, backup and archival solutions

Conduct testing and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Work closely with business and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and availability across different systems.

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud





Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred

Proven experience in implementing complex Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions

Strong understanding of data management, segmentation, and Personalization techniques, and cross-cloud integrations.

Proficient in APIs, AMPScript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred Requirements

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.

Knowledge of marketing automation tools and best practices

Familiarity with agile development methodologies
