Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with over 7 years of hands‑on experience in enterprise application development. The idóneo candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture, along with proven experience in designing scalable, high-performance applications. This role requires close collaboration with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust software solutions that meet business and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise‑grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Architect and implement scalable microservices‑based solutions following industry best practices.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support internal and external system integrations.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs and software solutions.
- Create well‑structured, reusable, and maintainable code following clean code principles and coding standards.




- Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for relational databases.
- Implement asynchronous and event‑driven architectures using Kafka or other messaging platforms.
- Participate in system design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decision‑making.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues across distributed systems.
- Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security requirements are met.
- Collaborate with DevOps, QA, Product Owners, and other stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in software engineering.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including development processes, coding standards, and automation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
