**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Perform **break/fix support** for Lenovo or any server hardware in a live data center environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware failures, including CPU, RAM, storage, RAID, motherboard, and network interfaces.
- Replace and upgrade server components as needed.
- Collaborate with remote technical support teams and follow manufacturer guidelines for issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate documentation of service logs, part replacements, and incident reports.
- Ensure compliance with data center policies and safety standards.
- Escalate critical issues when necessary to ensure mínimal downtime.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience supporting **servers** in enterprise or data center environments
- Strong understanding of server architecture and diagnostics tools.
