As an Analytical Development Technician, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and development, and improving both new and existing products in hard capsule formulation.
Your experience in operational and technical aspects of R&D; activities will contribute to our growth and continued success.
PRIMARY MISSION:
To carry out the operational and technical management of analytical R&D; research activities for the manufacturing of special batches of gelatin and cellulose solutions, as well as actively participate in process improvement initiatives of the Operational Excellence department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervise and participate in new development projects and Operational Excellence process improvement initiatives, conducting measurement and evaluation activities of process parameters and analytics of existing product formulations and new formulation variants.
Preparation of protocols and special batches introducing specific manufacturing conditions for pilot tests including actions or determinations to be carried out before, during, and after production.
Participation in the manufacturing and monitoring of results of pilot batches with special requirements.
Collaborate in the analytical controls of special batches.




Recording and reporting presentations of collected information from pilot batches and tests conducted in presentations for subsequent evaluation and conclusions.
Participate in the development of new procedures.

**Requisitos**
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Pharmacy or Chemistry with at least 3-5 years of experience in an Analytical Development R&D; department and having preferably carried out Process Improvement activities.
Desirable English level C1 (B2 will be considered)
DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 2 years of work in Process Improvement or Production in the Pharmaceutical Sector.
Valuable "Six Sigma Green Belt" Certification in Process Improvement Methodology.
Experience working with the oral pharmaceutical dosage form of Hard or Soft Capsules.
Project monitoring in the pharmaceutical field.
