Learn more at ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate daily production activities, assigning tasks and ensuring resources align with schedulesAct as the main communication point between production team, supervisors, and plant leadershipSupport onboarding and training of new employees through the Buddy ProgramParticipate in plant start-ups and line changes, ensuring smooth transitions and adherence to proceduresOperate production equipment and complete pre-operational checks and safety inspectionsVerify raw material quantities against pick lists and SAP data before productionExecute production processes according to HMI, process sheets, and SAP instructionsEnsure proper use of reprocessed materials and minimize waste and reworkGuarantee finished products meet quality specifications and perform visual inspectionsOversee packaging operations, ensuring proper labeling, marking, and documentationRecord material consumption and close production orders accurately in SAPPrepare detailed shift reports,



including KPI performance and incidentsLead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, SMED, Gemba, Lean)Minimum RequirementsHigh school diploma or technical degree (preferred)Minimum 2 years in production operations or similar rolesBasic computer skills (Office)Knowledge of SAP or similar systemsExperience leading teams or coordinating production linesStrong focus on safety, quality, and environmental standardsPreferred RequirementsExperience in Adhesives, chemical, paint, ceramic, or foundry industriesFamiliarity with Lean Manufacturing and process improvement methodologiesAbility to support root cause analysis using tools like Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and AMFEStrong communication and leadership skillsH.B.
