**Purpose**:
Responsible for ensuring the movement of freight by our carriers is coordinated according to our customer's needs.
**Responsibilities**:
- ** Manages the customer board by**:
- Calling carriers to confirm pick up and deliveries and advise dispatcher/shipper/consignee of delays.
- Track and trace merchandise to provide the latest updates quickly.
- ** 3 to 4 years of experience**:
- Entering pro number and obtaining PODs after shipments are dropped off at our terminals.
- Providing PODs to billing.
- Provides key clients with distinct customer service for specialized needs.
- Requests missing PODs from carriers when advised by billing.
- Provides daily reports to key clients.
- Informs dispatchers if appointments are required for delivery.
- Supports dispatchers with data entry when needed.
- ** Languages**: Spanish and English.
- Knowledge of Spanish and English is mandatory as our clients come from Mexico and the United States.




Communications will be 60% in Spanish and 40% in English.
