As a Senior Application Database Developer, you will serve as the strategic bridge between application development and database operations designing, optimizing, and governing database solutions that power enterprise wide applications.
You will collaborate with global teams, application owners, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing data architectures that align with business objectives and service level commitments.Major Responsibilities:Design & optimize stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages; analyze query executionplans to resolve bottlenecks and implement performance-driven indexing strategies.Lead database governance by participating in the Change Advisory Board, driving improvement initiatives across the database portfolio, and performing root cause analysis on complex production issues.Champion best practices by promoting SQL coding standards, enforcing secure development practices, and maintaining documentation for schemas, business logic, and workflows.Enable global teams by mentoring application developers and guiding onshore/offshore support teams on database development technologies and standards.What Do You Need to Have?
