We are seeking a strong and forward-thinking FP&A; Manager to lead financial operations and act as a key business partner in driving strategic decision-making within the organization.

This role goes beyond traditional finance responsibilities, it requires a leader who can combine solid financial expertise with strategic thinking, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management processes
- Support financial planning and contribute to medium- and long-term business strategy
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and corporate policies
- Partner with cross-functional teams and leadership to drive performance and business outcomes

- Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

Adecuado Profile

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, holding a Master’s/ MBA degree is a plus




- Relevant experience in controlling or finance roles
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
- Proven track record in business partnering, working closely with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to lead, challenge, and influence decisions in a constructive way
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities and ownership
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
