Description

The primary focus of Business Development Manager is to develop New Business in Segment and manage a sales force of Dedicated Business Development Reps (BDRs) and Manager Project Development (PDM´S)

Responsibilities

1. Achieve growth in sales and profit in the Segment in accordance with Operating and Strategic Plans to secure long term growth.
2. Direct commercial, sales, and technical support activities consistent with the Segment Strategy and sales goals.
3. Business development: expanding sales via creating additional business with New Customers in the Segment.

4. Market development: expanding sales via creating additional business with New Opportunities in the segment.

5. New product development:



expanding sales via the creating additional business with New Products and/or the Differentiated/Innovation Product Portfolio (or services) in the segment.

Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree.
- Language: Medium - Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience: Sales management or business development experience.
- Proven results: Demonstrated success in driving sales growth across construction, expansion projects, large accounts, and MRO opportunities.
- Leadership: Ability to build, lead, coach, train, and develop high-performing sales teams while establishing strong performance standards.
- Travel availability: Willingness to travel 50% or more of the time.
