We are seeking a results-driven Import-Export Analyst to manage and coordinate the international movement of goods for our operations. You will serve as the key link between suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, internal departments, and logistics partners, ensuring that shipments are processed accurately, compliantly, and on time. This is a hands-on role requiring strong knowledge of import-export procedures, customs documentation, trade compliance, and excellent coordination skills.KeyResponsibilities:
Compliancewith Foreign Trade issues.Knowledgeof Annex 30 – SCCCYG (Supply Chain Security Criteria and Guidelines).Knowledgeof IVA-IEPS Certification (Value Added Tax - Special Tax on Production andServices).Masteryof Customs Operations A1, IN, RT, F4, F5, A3, V1.Advancedknowledge of Annex 24 unloading processes.Masteryof BOM or Bill of Materials (at various levels, sub-assemblies).Generalknowledge of VUCEM (Mexican Window for Foreign Trade), SAT (Tax AdministrationService),
SE (Ministry of Economy), SEMARNAT (Ministry of Environment andNatural Resources), PRIOR PERMITS, RULE 8TH, SNICE (National Foreign TradeInformation Service), CFDI 4.0 (Digital Tax Receipt), etc.Compliancewith legal requirements (documents, reports, etc.).Knowledgeof CFDI 3.3 and 4.0 plus Carta Porte.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in international Trade, Law, Business, or a related field.Minimum of 7+ years of experience in customscompliance, strongly emphasizing Mexican regulations and manufacturingoperations.Expertknowledge of Mexican Customs Law, T-MEC/USMCA, IMMEX.Experience managing interactions withcustoms brokers.Bilingual: Spanish and English(advanced proficiency required).FunctionalCompetencies:
