Salary: $1,300 monthly + $50 tenure bonus after 3m

A US-based company that specializes in logistics and supply chain management and consulting is looking for a dedicated overnight remote dispatcher.

A Dispatcher is responsible for monitoring and coordinating overnight logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient movement of shipments and field units. This role involves managing incoming operational requests (emergency and non-emergency), tracking active deliveries and routes, and providing real-time support to drivers and field teams. The Dispatcher retrieves and communicates critical information across departments, resolves operational issues as they arise, and prioritizes tasks to maintain smooth overnight workflow and service continuity.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

The duties and responsibilities of a Dispatcher may include:

- Set up systems: phone, schedules, emails, EOD, VPN, order entry, dispatch board, ATT tracking and monitor LH drivers.
- Scheduling and dispatching drivers, vehicles, or equipment to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests, or immediate needs
- Relaying information such as work orders or other messages to and from drivers, account managers, supervisors, or other personnel
- Using telephone, E-Mail, or text messages to contact drivers,



account managers, and relevant personnel to relay important information
- Speaking with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services or equipment
- Preparing daily work such as schedules and work orders as appropriate
- Overseeing communications within company-assigned territories
- Keeping and organizing work requests, customer requests, completed work requests, charges for work performed, expenses for services performed, inventory records, and other information
- Maintain LH/warehouse check-ins.
- Answer calls/emails as day shift arrives.
- Drive and maintain Customer Satisfaction goals.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

The qualifications and skills an overnight Dispatcher must have are:

- Prior extensive experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with others under any condition
- Excellent clerical and organizational skills to keep track of schedules, routes, and personnel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Word for scheduling and other dispatching duties
- Knowledge of industry dispatch systems (such as E-Courier, etc.) IS A PLUS
- Ability to multitask with different, and sometimes conflicting, events happening at the same time
- Ability to work under stress and remain calm and to calm other people during changing circumstances
- Ability to relay information in a fast-paced environment
