Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Accounting , or related field.
~3+ years of experience in cost estimation, financial analysis, manufacturing finance, or engineering cost modeling .
~ Advanced Excel skills; Strong English language proficiency
Experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., molding, stamping, plating, machining, assembly).
Working knowledge of FACTON , SAP, or similar costing / ERP tools.
Experience supporting automotive or industrial product environments.
Exposure to project management or NPI/NPD processes.
