Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to work in Mexico without sponsorship.What you will be doingAs a key part of the Plant Maintenance team, you'll create impact by Ensuring equipment reliability and uptime that directly supports Grundfos's mission to deliver world-class water technology solutions..Your main responsibilities include:Execute work orders for preventive and corrective maintenance as assigned by the maintenance supervisor, leader, or plannerDocument daily maintenance activities in SAP following established maintenance proceduresIdentify and report equipment anomalies, issues, or spare part shortages to the maintenance leader for timely resolutionProvide maintenance support and service to all plant areas and departments for equipment repairs and related activitiesContribute to health, safety,
and environmental objectives by reporting and investigating incidents and deviations in your work areaMaintain strict order and cleanliness of your work area, tools, and plant equipmentWhat makes you a great fitAbove all, you are a hands-on technical professional with strong mechanical and electrical skills, problem-solving ability, and a proactive attitude toward equipment reliability and workplace safety. We would also imagine that you have:TSU or Engineering degree in Mechanical-Electrical, Mechatronics, or related fieldTechnical knowledge in mechanics, electricity, electronics, and ability to interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematicsExperience applying preventive and corrective maintenance to industrial equipment, including use of diagnostic toolsProficiency with CMMS software (e.G., SAP) andBasic/intermediate English level for reading technical documents and blueprintsIt is a plus if you also:Knowledge of Kuka robots and PLC programmingWelding skills and certificationsExperience with TPM methodologies in a manufacturing environmentWhy you will love working hereWe care!
