The RoleThe Project Engineer is responsible for leading capital investment projects from concept development through implementation and successful release. This role oversees project planning, execution, contractor management, procurement coordination, shipment tracking, problem resolution, budget control, and resource management. Projects primarily support manufacturing operations through equipment installations, relocations, utility expansions, fire protection systems, and facility improvements. The position also supports Power D3 documentation including SOW, MQ1, MQ2, TPM, MSO, FMEA, DV, PV, PSO, Run & Rate, and SOP.What You'll DoLead CAPEX projects from concept through commissioning and handoff.Develop business cases, project plans, scope, schedule, and budget.Coordinate engineering activities with SMEs.Manage budgets, cash flow, schedules, and execution.Prepare RFQs and evaluate contractors and suppliers.Supervise contractors and ensure safe execution.Coordinate work during shutdowns and 24/7 operations.Oversee installation, commissioning, startup, and acceptance testing.Track equipment shipments and site delivery.Maintain project documentation and reporting.Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health, and safety systems.What Success Looks LikeProjects delivered safely, on time, and within budget.Successful equipment startup and operational readiness.Complete and compliant project documentation.Effective stakeholder and contractor management.Core CompetenciesProject ManagementCAPEX ManagementRisk ManagementProblem SolvingStakeholder ManagementResults OrientationCustomer FocusAdaptabilityWhat You'll BringExperience managing industrial CAPEX projects.Experience with equipment installation, commissioning, and startup.Experience supervising electromechanical, civil,
