Moreover, we take pride in boosting the careers and dreams of our professionals.Recruiting a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Security Consultant for a client in a Technology Company.SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Security ConsultantLocation: Remote (supporting Pacific Time working hours)Employment Type: ContractDuration: 6 months (with potential for extension)Languages: Spanish and English SpeakingPosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Security Consultant to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of security within SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP security concepts, role-based access control, and compliance, ensuring secure and efficient access across enterprise systems.This role requires close collaboration with functional and technical teams to support ongoing projects, system enhancements, and security best practices.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and maintain security roles and authorizations for SAP SuccessFactors Payroll and SAP S/4HANA.Manage user provisioning, role assignments, and access requests.Perform Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and ensure compliance with internal security policies.Troubleshoot and resolve authorization, role,



and access-related issues.Support SAP implementations, upgrades, and security enhancement initiatives.Partner with functional and technical teams to ensure secure, compliant, and appropriate system access.Maintain security documentation, role matrices, and process documentation.Assist with internal and external audit activities by providing security-related support and documentation.Recommend and implement security best practices to improve governance and compliance.Required Qualifications3+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Security.Hands-on experience designing and maintaining SAP security roles and authorizations.Experience with SAP S/4HANA Security.Strong understanding of SAP authorization concepts, user administration, and role management.Experience performing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and resolving security conflicts.Ability to troubleshoot SAP authorization and access issues.Experience supporting SAP implementations, upgrades, or enhancement projects.Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting SAP audit and compliance activities.Knowledge of SAP security governance and best practices.Experience working in general or enterprise SAP environments.What We Offer100% remote opportunity.6-month contract with the possibility of extension.Opportunity to work on enterprise SAP security initiatives.Collaborative and dynamic project environment.
