No previous experience is required—we provide paid training, ongoing coaching, and growth opportunities.What You'll DoAs a Remote Bilingual Customer Support Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.Your responsibilities will include:Answering inbound calls from potential clients seeking legal assistance.Making outbound follow-up calls to individuals who previously requested information.Gathering accurate information about the client and the accident.Following our qualification process to determine whether a case meets our criteria.Building trust with clients through empathy, professionalism, and excellent communication.Accurately documenting all information in our CRM.Transferring qualified clients to one of our partner law firms.Maintaining confidentiality and delivering an outstanding customer experience.During your paid training, you'll learn our intake process, qualification guidelines, and the systems you'll use every day. You'll be fully prepared before taking live calls.Compensation & BenefitsAverage Earnings:
