Automotive Industry Experience is a Must

Position Objective

Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing and effective personnel administration for the manufacturing facility, maintaining compliance, confidentiality, and reliable HR information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and validate payroll processing for hourly and salaried employees.
- Manage payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, vacations, leaves of absence, disabilities, and other employee transactions.
- Coordinate employee hires, terminations, and employment changes within HR systems and applicable government institutions.
- Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
- Manage time & attendance systems, HRIS, and HR databases.
- Support the administration of employee benefits and other HR operational processes.
- Prepare and monitor headcount, absenteeism, turnover, overtime, and other HR metrics.




- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and personnel administration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor, payroll, tax, and social security requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in Payroll and HR Administration within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing payroll for large employee populations, preferably 500+ employees.
- Working knowledge of Mexican Federal Labor Law (LFT), IMSS, INFONAVIT, and payroll-related requirements.
- Experience with payroll systems, HRIS, and Microsoft Excel.
- Automotive industry experience strongly preferred.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical skills, and customer-service orientation.
