Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily cash receipts and payments for the Mexico entity

- Operate SPEI system for local and urgent bank transfers

- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

- Prepare and submit daily cash position reports

- Support CFDI-related payment documentation and compliance

- Liaise with local banks regarding accounts, documentation, and operations

- Ensure accuracy, internal controls, and compliance with local regulations

Requirements

- 5+ years of Treasury / Cashier / Cash Management experience in Mexico

- Strong knowledge of SPEI, Mexican banking operations, and cash processes

- Familiarity with CFDI (payment and reconciliation perspective)

- Experience in daily cash reporting and bank reconciliation

- High attention to detail and strong ownership mindset

- English communication skills preferred

Nice to Have

- Experience in multinational or shared service environments

- Cross-border or multi-currency exposure
